4XFour

Four Michelin-starred chefs with four distinct cuisines will be cooking up a storm at this pop-up dining event. Names like Mads Refslund of Noma, Henrik Yde of Kiin Kiin, Nathan Outlaw of Restaurant Nathan Outlaw and Rolf Fliegauf of Ristorante ECCO will take turns to cook up a series of Champagne brunches, lunches and degustation dinners.

Think gastronomic dishes like sea bream with new onions and fermented pear by Refslund; braised and barbecued octopus with lime, olive and rocket dressing by Outlaw; beef with oyster sauce, Thai ginger and onion paper by Yde; and Norway lobster with cauliflower and curry by Fliegauf. Although dinners do not include drinks, they have a range of wines and alcohol available for purchase.
