Wine and dine with winemaker Alain Chabanon as he takes you through the different wines paired with this five-course dinner. There are dishes like rack of lamb Moroccan-style lamb sausage; Carabinero prawn with spelt risotto and Hokkaido scallop raviolo with asari clams bouillon infused with Iranian saffron. Wines include a 2010 Trelans Vermentino Chenin, 2000 Grenache, syrah and mourvedre blend and a 2003 syrah-mourvedre from l’Esprit de Font Caude.
