Brunello di Montalcino Heritage Wine Dinner

This six-course wine pairing dinner sees some of Biondi Santi’s best wines, namely the Brunello di Montalcino Riserva (that also made it to Wine Spectator‘s “Top 12 Wines of the Century”).

There’s a hearty menu of bone marrow and gremolata torta with apple and fresh black truffles; spiced rabbit and house-cured pancetta with porcini mushrooms; wagyu striploin with crisp potato, chanterelle mushrooms and a Chianti reduction; and fresh tagliatelle with duck ragu and foie gras. 

Some of the wines being poured include a Brunello di Montalcino Biondi Santi Riserva 1998 and the same prestigious 1970 bottling.
