The swish restaurant offers a sharing menu where the chefs do the planning for you. On the menu are dishes like rice & coconut composed of creamy coconut risotto with chilli paste; hamachi carambola made with citrus-cured yellowtail and pickled starfruit and garlic; and steak & sauce rossini withfoie gras and red wine jus. There’s an option to add a wine pairing as well, which gets you three different wines. Although you need just two people, the sharing menu is made for larger groups.
