The Luxury Collection hosts a series of pop-up dinners by three different chefs. Representing Paris is Stephanie Le Quellec (Jun 4) of Michelin-starred Prince de Galles who will be cooking Southern French dishes. On the Indian contingent is Manjit Gill (Jun 5) of Bukhara and Dum Pukht (the latter a top performer for India on the San Pellegrino list). Lastly, there’s Jesse Llapitan (Jun 6) of San Francisco’s The Garden Court and his take on super fresh farm-to-table plates.
