Festive Menu at SELA

The modern European restaurant has a Christmas menu that includes the usual suspects like turkey and some unexpected dishes like duck rillette with seared duck liver, apple compote and rocket; scallop carpaccio with Thai fish sauce chilli dressing; and grilled asparagus with poached egg and parma ham. They’ve also got a decadent slow-braised Kurobuta pork cheek with potatoes and carrots.
