Alsatian winery Hugel & Fils, known as one of the influential producers of Alsace wines, host a five-course wine pairing dinner alongside Chefs Jonathan Kinsella and Benjamin Siwek. Dishes include Alsatian mushroom tarte flambee, foie gras with apple marmalade and duck casserole with root vegetables in crust. Bottles include Classic Gentil 2013, Jubilée Riesling 2008 and a Gewurtzraminer Vendange Tardive 2007.
