International Wine Dinner

A part of ewineasia’s Wine Discovery, this opening dinner features 10 wines, many of which are highly-rated by wine authorities like Robert Parker, Wine Spectator and Stephan Tanzer. The dinner has bottles like Alphonse Mellot, Champagne Tarlant, Yves Cuilleron, Quinta do Vale Meao, while the six-course menu includes dishes like raw tuna, caviar, mascarpone and cucumber granite; smoked pigeon breast, lentils and foie gras sauce; and wagyu beef cheek, baked fennel, king brown mushroom and madeira jus. 

Cocktails start at 6:30pm while the dinner commences at 8:00pm.
