Chef Bae Han-chul brings his modern interpretation of classic Korean cuisine for this two-week long dinner buffet. Comprising of dishes like bulgogi (grilled marinated beef), healmul japchae (sauteed potato starch noodles with seafood) and favorites like bibimbap and kimchi jjigae (kimchi pork stew), it is accompanied by an endless array of different kimchis and banchan (side dishes).
A part of the Korean cuisine initiative, there’s also a live station with made-to-order Korean pancakes and marinated beef ribs, as well as a dessert station with rice cakes and fried ribbon cookies. For those who like seafood, there are also freshly-shucked Aussie oysters, Boston lobsters and even steamed snow crab legs. If you like a boozy kick with your meal, you can get makgeolli (rice wine), soju and soju-infused cocktails.
The dinner buffet is available on Mon-Fri at 6-10pm; Sat-Sun at 6.30-10.30pm.
Prices go from $88 (Sun-Thur) with free-flow soft drinks and beer to $108 (Fri-Sat) with an added alcohol selection.
