At this food and sake pairing dinner, there will be a five-course dinner whipped up by Lewin Terrace’s chef Ryoichi Kanu, with each dish perfectly paired with sake. During the dinner, Japan’s fifth Sake Samurai, Mariko Kiyonaga, will share the importance of sake in Japanese culture and how each sake was chosen to complement each dish.
