A soon-to-open restaurant, Fifth Quarter, collaborates with cocktail bar Fresh for an old school throwback of tasty treats and drinks. There will be snacks like grilled corn, bourbon jerky, tuna tacos and steak & beans, starting at $4, as well as fuss-free drinks including beers, wines and selected cocktails, starting at $10.
