The man behind the World’s Best Restaurants no. 41 Quique Dacosta hosts a one-night only five-course dinner. The Spanish three Michelin-starred chef serves up his signature “techno-emotional” cuisine of edible landscapes that includes dishes like The Haze made with pine nuts, raw peas and pig crackling crumble with mushrooms and black truffles; The Hen of the Golden Eggs, a dish composed of a poached egg with chicken-vegetable broth, coffee and gold; and Cuba Libre of Foie Gras, which is one of his signature dishes of foie gras with cream, coca-cola and rum, as well as a granita of lemon and brioche.
The dinner will be paired with Spanish wines Castell d’Encus.
