The Orihara Shoten sake festival returns for another rice wine-filled fiesta. Held at the Suntec Convention Centre Summit 1, this edition features seasonal autumn sakes from all regions of Japan. Look forward to over 200 types of limited edition and seasonal sakes for tasting and buying, as well as Japanese plum liquor umeshu, shochu and Suntory Premium malts draft. There’s also a pop-up bar by Tokyo’s Hibiyar Bar with tons of cocktails and special sake sets.
Don’t worry, all this alcohol comes with canapes like grilled wagyu beef and tuna from Japanese prefectures.
