The fifth edition of this whisky and spirit show features some of the rarest whiskies and finest craft spirits. Whether you’re a casual sampler or keen to learn more, there are plenty of tasting booths and masterclasses to attend. Expect to see restaurants like Burnt Ends – cooking up some creative pairings – and pop-up cocktail bars by the boys from 28 Hongkong Street, Anti:dote, Jigger and Pony, L’Aiglon and The Library.
This year, The Collector Room debuts to showcase more than 40 of the world’s rarest bottles like 1968 Karuizawas, a 37-year old Lagavulin and a 1972 Glendronach.
Standard entry passes go for $89 ($69 early birds) to $150 ($129 early birds) for a collector VIP pass.
Each masterclasses go for $35 on top of entry tickets, while Collector Room access is $50 with two free drams.
