Wine Dinner at Cocotte

The communal South African-inspired five-course feast features dishes like cured Petuna ocean trout with pink peppercorns, roast fennel, pickled beets & tangerine dressing; homemade boerewars-style sausage with puy lentils and roasted shallots; and grilled Cape Grim gassfed flat iron steak with green peppercorn sauce, garlic confit, fine beans & brown-buttered salsify.

The wine pairing dinner comes with South African bottles from the Coastal region, Darling region and the famed Stellenbosch wine country with bottles of 2012 Stone Bridge Pinotage, 2012 Bellingham Bernard SMV and 2013 Franschhoek La Cotte Mill Chenin Blanc.
