Every day, the menu changes according to the chef’s pick on the freshest ingredients from organic farms in Cameron Highlands. It doesn’t deviate too far from their main lunch menu so expect dishes like duck leg confit with fennel, kohl rabi, apple remoulade and roasted beets; steak frites; mussels mariniere; and pear and blue cheese salad.
Why it’s worth it: The location is tucked away in a boutique hotel in the quaint Little India. The produce is super fresh and organic which makes everything on the menu feel light. Although it’s full of comforting dishes, everything is given a modern twist.
