Happening at Greenwood Fish Market Quayside Isle, the exclusive dinner starts with an Amuse Bouche of Parsley Crusted Pastrami with Fresh, Mirin-Pickled Cucumbers, followed by succulent Pan Seared Scallops on Jerusalem Artichoke Mash, Scampi Glaze and Sea Urchin.
Then indulge in the mouth-watering Aged Atlantic Cod wrapped with Pancetta, Leek Fondue and White Wine-Caviar Beurre Blanc, Crispy Roasted Suckling Pig with Roasting Jus, Sauerkraut, Fondant Potatoes and Smoked Bacon Dumpling, before ending the night on a high with a Caramelised Apple and Rhubarb Crumble, Vanilla Ice Cream and Cider Anglaise dessert.
