Muji Singapore celebrated its 20th anniversary by opening its 11th store at 100AM for Tanjong Pagar professionals, visitors, and nearby HDB and condominium residents.
Featuring well-crafted, highly functional products that reflect the brand’s sustainability ethos, it caters to both Singaporean and ASEAN lifestyles.
Muji’s third Café&Meal will complement the retail experience. Using only natural ingredients, it prepares delicious lunch and tea sets cooked simply.
Founded in 1980, the Japanese retailer has always focused on quality, simplicity, and sustainability. “For over 40 years, Muji has not promoted consumerism. We are always encouraging the use of our products eternally, and you will realise over time that Muji products are inexpensive,” says Katsushi Onishi, managing director of Muji Singapore.
At 100AM, shoppers can choose from a variety of products including “New Collection“, a series of ready-to-wear apparel for ASEAN weather, Muji Walker UV-resistant outfits, and loungewear.
Muji uses breathable, sustainable materials such as organic cotton and lyocell, and closed-loop manufacturing processes ensure efficient energy and water use.
ASEAN-centric sustainable rubberwood furniture is also available. Rubberwood is a light-coloured tropical hardwood that is highly durable and mould resistant. MUJI Singapore offers one of the largest selections.
These products and other bestsellers will attract shoppers to 100AM. Another big draw is the Muji 100AM Lucky Draw until Apr 26.
To win two economy-class return flights to Japan on ANA and other prizes, spend a minimum of $50 in same-day single or combined receipts in the store or Café&Meal Muji.
Muji 100 AM is at 100 Tras Street, #04-04 to 08, and open from 11am–9pm, seven days weekly.
