Round off the year on a delicious note with Goodwood Park Hotel’s stunning Christmas spread. From Nov 15 to Dec 26, the hotel presents an enchanting line-up of festive offerings for you to bask in the jolly season.
First up are sweet treats that look as good as they taste – there’s no better centrepiece for your intimate Christmas spread at home than these, so choose from the hotel’s repertoire of spectacular desserts like the Pink Party Christmas Tart, Jolly Holiday Travel Cake, Beary Merry Yule Log, and Festive Tropicana Log Cake.
Their Christmas Durian Combo is also a must-try, featuring a medley of exquisite D24 durian delights, such as the D24 Kueh Dadar and a D24 Crunchy Chocolate-Hazelnut Tartlet. In the spirit of giving, Goodwood Park Hotel will be donating 10% of proceeds from the sales of their Christmas log cakes to The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund.
Besides sweets, look out for the quintessential Christmas turkey dressed in Asian-inspired interpretations. The new Chinese-style Braised Whole Turkey is slow-braised until tender in a gravy of liquorice root, bay leaf, galangal root, and star anise, before being topped with braised eggs, peanuts, and a homemade chilli sauce for a kick of spice.
Other novel creations this year include their DIY Turkey Popiah with Homemade Sambal Chilli, Wok-fried Carrot Cake in Homemade Sambal Chilli with Turkey Breast, Capsicums and Bean Sprouts, as well as Mini Curry Turkey Pot Pie with Onions and Potatoes.
Takeaway selections will be available at The Deli or via their Festive Online Shop. Just remember to place your takeaway orders five days in advance.
