FHA-Food & Beverage, Asia’s leading F&B trade show, now opens their doors to welcome us to its highly-anticipated sister event, the FHA-HoReCa 2022. Happening from today till Oct 28 at the Singapore EXPO, the massive event brings together more than 800 leading hospitality suppliers from over 30 countries and regions in an instalment that spans across 50,000 square metres.
A brand-new experience zone named Hospitality 4.0 will host a four-day conference program with over 50 international thought-leaders discussing the future of hospitality. Dotted around the zone is the Hospitality Start-Up Village, showcasing innovative solution providers that bring new capabilities to front and back-of-house hotel operations.
On other exciting news, check out the Tropical Paradise-themed gelato buffet over at the biennial Asian Gelato Cup, where participants will be required to display plated desserts, gelato cakes, gourmet gelato, and an artistic showpiece – all within a time limit of eight hours.
There’s also the Asian Pastry Cup to look out for, where the crème de la crème of the pastry world exhibit their skills to present the most ambitious works of pastry art for a chance to represent Asia at the prestigious Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie (Pastry World Cup) 2023.
The ASEAN Barista Team Championship, on the other hand, reproduces gripping scenes of what happens behind espresso bars around the world, and what accuracy, presentation, and teamwork mean to some of the world’s best baristas.
