Mr Stork

Thirty-nine floors above ground sits Mr Stork, Andaz Singapore hotel’s own rooftop bar, inspired by storks that build their nests atop trees. A circular bar, the space offers 360-degree views of the city; perfect to sit with a signature cocktail in hand, and watch the skies turn pastel-hued.

What you’ll love most about the bar are the 10 teepee huts, designed by famed architect Andre Fu, who also designed the hotel. If the huts (that can sit about four or five comfortably) are full, grab a seat at one of the cushy chairs instead.

Over at the bar, a freestanding bronze pavilion roofed in radial tilted fins, is a cocktail menu that makes good use of garden herbs and fresh fruits. Try the Ginseng, made from freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, elderflower and ginseng aperitif, or the Rhubarb, a fizzy concoction of fresh rhubarb puree, strawberry and lemon juice, sparkling wine and a shot of vodka. Then there’s the Instagram-worthy Ruby, a citrusy drink served in an adorable elephant mug. All cocktails are priced at $16.

Besides the botanical cocktails, Mr Stork also serves the Andaz Pale Ale on tap, a beer produced in collaboration with local microbrewery RedDot Brewhouse that is exclusive to Andaz Singapore.
