Barber Shop by Timbre

This live music joint by the Timbre Group shines a spotlight on blues, alongside a repetoire of soul, funk and jazz music, anchored by local bands like Raw Earth, Chicken Shack Revival and Soulvibin’. Despite having a relaxed, casual vibe, the bar’s drinks menu is suprisingly sophisticated, with premium whiskeys from Japan, Scotland, Ireland and the US (from $15 a dram, $250 per bottled) as its main offerings. Beers, wines and other spirits are also available. For those feeling peckish, there’s grub like sausage platters ($25), chicken wings ($13) and a range of tapas (from $13) that should satiate late-night cravings.
