Beloved local bartender Mark Graham Thomas, formerly of Bacchanalia, is the star of the bar at this four-story Duxton Hill shophouse. The cocktail bar and kitchen occupies the entire first floor, while the second, third and fourth stories are a members-only club. The menu focuses on reimagined classics with homemade liqueurs, sugar syrups, sodas and shrubs. You’ll find cocktails like the Negroni Chiaro ($26), a white Negroni with rhubarb and orange blossom and house-made bitters and vermouth; Inomini Patri ($24) a savory cocktail with bourbon, amaretto and blue cheese; and a daiquiri ($26) with jamon and bacon rum, pineapple, rosemary and balsamic vinegar. The kitchen dishes out simple Italian bites with jamon and artichoke hearts with black truffles.
