Sitting at the top of OUE Bayfront Building, this slick alfresco lounge boasts a great view of Marina Bay—great for drinks and light bites post-meetings. There’s a range of canapés and tapas from the bar’s dining menu, created by the restaurant’s celeb chefs, Masayasu Yonemura, Laurent Peugeot and Justin Hor, to accompany the impressive wine list.  Happy hour are from Mondays to Fridays, 5pm-8pm, with house beers from $7, housepour spirits from $7.50, house champagne from $21 and house wines from $12. On Rendez-Vous Tuesdays, which happens every first Tuesday of the month, get free-flowing alcohol at $70 nett. Also, get martinis from $12 every third Tuesday of the month.
