The Club’s living room spaces does coffee and brunch in the mornings, local lunch bites at noon and drinks and cocktails in the evenings.
From 7am to 7pm, enjoy breakfast foods such as traditional soft boiled eggs ($12) served with toast soldiers of either kaya and butter or marmite and cheese. For something more substantial, try Maxwell’s Sandwich ($26)–local style panini sandwich filled with Sakura chicken, sweet and savoury candied bacon and luncheon meat pate, served with chips–it’s Mr & Mrs Maxwell’s twist on the classic club sandwich.
In addition to classic cocktails, like the Pina Colada ($21), and champagne cocktails, like Barbotage ($18)–made from Vollereux Brut, Ferrand 1840 Cognac and Cointreau, Mr & Mrs Maxwell’s has a range of signature cocktails inspired by the 1930s comedy-mystery film The Thin Man, including Nora Charles ($20)–made using High West Double Rye mixed with Cocchi Americano and St. George Spiced Pear liqueur.
