Tess Bar

Set up by former Bitters & Love bartender Steve Leong, this kitchen and bar concept serves up small plates and bespoke cocktail creations. Their modern interpretation of food include smoked duck with pan seared foie gras and wagyu beef cubes with roasted bone marrow. Cocktails include a caged creation aptly named the Tweety Bird and one made with chilli padi, thyme and citrus.
