This newest Timbre outlet is just like all the others. Except that it’s eco-friendly, made of shipping containers … and did we mention that it packs up and moves three times a year? As is the case with other Timbre outlets, the menu here is substantial to say the least and you’ll find a whole range of hearty mains such as grilled rack of lamb, charbroiled sirloin steak and kebabs, along with a selection of salads, soups, pastas and pizzas.
