Analogue

Master mixologist Vijay Mudaliar puts sustainability at the heart of Analogue, his latest bar venture. Best known as the brains behind trailblazing cocktail bar Native, Mudaliar’s new project champions sincere, actionable sustainability solutions rather than mere lip service.

Set within the historic grounds of Chijmes, Analogue’s interior features a striking centrepiece: a 3D-printed bartop fashioned out of 1,600kg of recycled plastics. Surrounded by smaller tables – made with fungi, no less – the counter impresses with trippy contours amidst soothing turquoise gradients. True to form, the bar’s entirely plant-based menu is a first of its kind in Singapore, featuring familiar yet experimental bar grub such as Jackfruit Tacos, Nuggetz, and Pumpkin Dumplings.

Green Common

As the world’s first plant-based eatery, marketplace and product innovation platform, Green Common is a one-stop meal venture of Green Monday Group and lends its name from their mission to “Make Change Happen, Make Green Common”. Boasting state-of-the-art food technology and innovations that promise easy-to-find vegan options in supermarkets across Asia, the concept store distributes over 30 signature brands of plant-based products, including Beyond Meat, OmniSeafood, and Moving Mountains Foods.

Located at VivoCity, favourites at Green Common’s very own fully vegan restaurant include the Golden Fillet-no-fish, Hainanese Trick’en Rice, and Happy Beef Hor Fun.

Perfect for the health and beauty conscious, these nourishing fixes not only promote better health and glowing skin, they’re also a feast for the eyes and ‘gram.

Real Food

Free from artificial preservatives, processed ingredients, and trans-fat, Real Food’s 100% organic menu caters to earth-friendly and health-conscious warriors looking to achieve their daily protein goals. The brand’s belief in showing zero compromise on food quality shines with their slow-food process, where dishes are prepared in small batches from scratch, using traditional, labour-intensive methods.

All of Real Food’s dine-in outlets also double up as retail grocer spaces. Their extensive menu includes favourites like Fruit Rojak, Mushroom Soy Carbonara, Potato and Cashew Samosa, and Sweet Pumpkin Pancakes.
