A December-exclusive, the Japanese beef specialists are offering a remarkable menu filled with exquisite snow-aged produce. From premium wagyu to sake and genmaicha, drop by for a taste of the rich flavours achieved from a 200-year-old Japanese aging method.

On the menu are highlights such as snow-aged A4 wagyu, wood-smoked snow-aged wagyu tataki, and yakiniku cut snow-aged wagyu sirloin.
