We get it—with all the changing rules and regulations in place, it can be difficult to feel patriotic even as National Day rolls around. In fact, the annual National Day Parade has been postponed to Aug 21 too, due to the large number of active Covid-19 cases and clusters in Singapore.
But if anything, locals can take heart knowing that our favourite businesses are here for us. They are rolling out collaborations, special menus and simply ideating so we may all get through these tough times together.
So be sure to support them in whatever ways you can. We’ll get through this together. Oh, and happy birthday, Singapore.
