If the all-white flash mob’s not your bag, dining in a pitch-black room will soon also be an option. Nox – Dine in the Dark should open in early August. The restaurant will offer modern European fare cooked up by chef de cuisine Desmond Lee (Private Affairs and Ember), all served up by blind and visually impaired service staff.
