Adding another flavourful classic to the menu this month, 25 Degrees Singapore introduces their rendition of the famous Po’Boy Burger, an American burger that’s come a long way since its first appearance.

Dating back to the 1920s, set against the colourful backdrop of Louisiana, the Po’Boy was originally known as a fried oyster loaf. Today, it is primarily made as a sandwich with meat like roast beef or fried seafood, served on New Orleans French bread.

Putting their own spin on the charming classic, 25 Degrees’ Po’Boy Burger features fried shrimp, iceberg lettuce, tomato, and pickles, with lime vinaigrette and a homemade Remoulade sauce, all nicely set between fluffy house-baked brioche buns.
