Nestled in the barracks of Dempsey Hill, The Dempsey Project offers a dreamy oasis to escape from our city’s bustling sights and sounds. To welcome the New Year, their upcoming Aperitivo invites us to embrace an idyllic “sunset state of mind”, to wind down and relax over delicious aperitifs and specially-curated Cheese, Charcuterie, Indian Street, and Mini Meze themed platters.

Baristart Coffee Singapore

Famed for their rich and creamy custard made with Hokkaido BIEI Jersey milk, Baristart Coffee celebrates their 3rd anniversary in Singapore with a return of their limited-edition cream puffs – the Milo Dinosaur Cream Puff and Baristart Coffee Cream Puff. For the month of January, also enjoy selected white coffee offerings for just $3, and look out for the unveiling of a limited-time special dessert – the Anmitsu and Yuzu Honey Parfait – slated to be available from 10 – 31 Jan.

BRDL Restaurant & Bar

Nestled within an ultra-spacious multi-concept food hub, BRDL offers an eclectic selection of contemporary cuisine interpreted through the lens of Asian traditions. Marrying classic European favourites with modern Asian influences, their innovative menu presents exceptional creations of gastronomic delight.

Their Roasted Halibut is a must-try, topped with a piquant and tangy jalapeño and mango salsa. Other highlights include the Wagyu Rump Rendang, with spiced potato cake, purple potato chips, and coconut gel, and their beautifully crafted Gui Fei cocktail, a modern interpretation of the classic lychee martini, infused with rose, osmanthus, and mint.

Ippudo (i12 Katong)

Finally coming to the East after 8 successful outlets across the island, IPPUDO opens at the newly refurbished i12 Katong. Featuring their ever-popular signature tonkotsu-based ramen, the newest IPPUDO outpost complements your dining experience with a range of delicious appetisers, sides dishes, and over 100 selections of sake and liquor to choose from – the most extensive of all their outlets.

Path Restaurant

A brand new concept opening in our CBD, Path Restaurant offers a multi-layered Modern Asian dining experience. Helmed by Chef Marvas Ng, diners are promised unique culinary journeys on every visit through his seamless marriage of French fine-dining techniques and familiar East Asian flavours.

Swee Choon Express (AMK Hub)

A household name that needs no introduction, their name has almost become synonymous with dim sum in Singapore. Currently helmed by second and third-generation owners, their expansion into the heartlands was received with much joy and anticipation as we no longer have to make our way to Jalan Besar and fight the perennial queue. After their first Express outlet in Tampines, they have finally made their way to the Northern (central) part of Singapore, bringing their dim sum closer to northerners with an outlet at AMK Hub.

This outlet only accepts takeaway and delivery orders, but you may find most of your favourite Swee Choon offerings there. For those who want to stock up for another time, they also have frozen dim sum available for purchase at the outlet.

Zing

Coming to the East is another new concept by the Xi Yan Group, opening at PLQ Park Place Residences. A collaboration with The Social Kitchen, Zing champions socially conscious dining with their efforts to benefit disadvantaged communities through creating employment opportunities and encouraging health and wellness with the use of sustainable produce – all while offering the same uncompromising quality and flavour in their food.
