Italian restaurant, bar and lounge Zafferano is set to open on July 23 at Ocean Financial Centre. Located on the top floor of the building, Zafferano offers 270 degree views of the island.
Head Chef Roberto De Franco will offer an extensive menu divided into seven sections: Cucina di Mamma (Mum’s Kitchen), Terra (Earth), Verde (Greens), Mare (Ocean), Griglia (Grilled Meats), Delicate (Delicatessen favourites) and Dolci (Sweets).
The eatery will offer a lunch semi-buffet, with an array of premium Italian cold cuts, afternoon tea and dinner service on weekdays and Sunday Brunch with a free-flow of Prosecco.
To go with the food is a selection of 40 wines by the glass and total collection of over 200 Italian and premium labels displayed in custom-designed, temperature-controlled wine cabinets.
For entertainment, resident DJ Kate Matthews will spin laid-back beats in the early evening and dance tunes later at night.
