If you take your cocktails seriously, Little India will be your next port of call come mid-June. In this unlikely part of town perhaps better known for strong beers and questionable spirits, Barkode has set up shop, bringing top-shelf bottles (think U’Luvka vodka, Flor De Cana rum and Don Julio tequila) and fresh ingredients. Barkode will have a menu of 12 cocktails which changes every three months and one of their specialties is the Pisco Passion ($18), a brandy and eggwhite- based tipple.
