As we inch closer to the month of December and begin counting down the days to Christmas, restaurants, cafes and even grocers all across the country are doling out its festive offerings to get everyone in the holiday spirit. Known for its annual festive offerings which include seasonal delicacies and goodies, Marriott Cafe’s 2020 three-course menu for Christmas doesn’t disappoint. This year-end, tuck into an array of epicurean delights. Starters like the Seafood Platter that boasts snow crab legs, Boston lobster, poached prawns, as well as Ham Hock Terrine with Baked Apple Puree with Celeriac & Granny Smith Slaw are all on the table.

For mains, choose between options like the Slow-Roasted Turkey with Caramelised Chestnuts, Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Potato & Cranberry Jus; Iberico Pork Cutlet with Braised Chicory, Buttered Vegetables & Sauce Robert; Roasted US Angus Striploin with Yorkshire Pudding, Mashed Potatoes & Madeira Gravy, and more. But remember to leave room for dessert too, as the Christmas Pudding with Brandy Chantilly & Gingerbread Ice Cream, and Choco Chestnut Tarts with Rum & Whipped Cream will be up for grabs as well.

Eat, drink and simply revel in the merriment at Swissotel Merchant Court, as the hotel’s stalwart Ellenborough Market Cafe celebrates the festive season beginning Dec 4. Enjoy a plethora of festive flavours, as its ala carte buffet spreads offer ambrosial creations including Honey Baked Ham with Pineapple, Roasted Nyonya Turkey Breast with Rendang Sauce, Honey Glazed Bone-in Champagne Ham in Port Wine Sauce—all in addition to its signature dishes like the Ayam Buah Keluak, EMC Signature Laksa with River Prawn and Clams and more. Desserts are not to be missed either; savour everything from the unique Acai Banana Chocolate Log Cake to the classic Christmas Pudding with Vanilla Sauce.

It’s a Christmas miracle at Oxwell & Clan, a newly-launched Christmas dining pop-up by the people behind Oxwell & Co which shattered hearts when it shuttered earlier this year. For a limited time only, head to the Straits Clan’s Clan Cafe for a six-week Christmas party opened to meet the seasonal demand for celebrations of all types and sizes—completely imbued with Christmas cheer, Yuletide carols, hearty food, and celebratory tipples. On its festive menu, find a bounty of Christmas-inspired dishes, including Turkey Roulade with celery, chestnuts, sage, mushrooms and gravy, and Crackled Belly of Pork brimming with savoy cabbage, clove and apple sauce. For tipples, try the aromatic Unusual Eggnogg with gin, milk, honey, egg and allspice, or the seasonally inspired cocktail Winta Colada.

The Oxwell & Clan festive menu starts at $98 per person and will be available from Nov 11-Dec 26.

For an international buffet spread brimming with Roast Turkey, Maple-Glazed Gammon Ham, Beef Strip Loin, Canadian Lobsters and even Alaskan King Crab, you’ll have to head down for the Christmas Feast at the iconic Marina Bay Sands’ Rise. This December, brace yourself for an epic four-course festive menu at Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore’s Se7enth, where plates of Smoked Turducken Roulade and Seared Salmon in Apple Glazed Butter Cream will take centrestage and tantalise the taste buds. To enhance your holiday dining experience, amuse-bouche such as Prosciutto-Wrapped Caprese and Pan Seared Scallop with Compressed Watermelon will also be featured to whet the appetite.
