On top of the exclusive menu, diners on 18 and 19 Jun will also be able to enjoy Ellenborough’s special Durian and Cempedak promotions ongoing at the time. Seasonal specialties to look out for will include Durian Fried Rice, Durian Pengat, Cempedak Kueh Pie Tee, and Cempedak Clafoutis.
Goodwood Park Hotel
Come 18 and 19 Jun, Goodwood Park Hotel will be honouring all fatherly figures with an ensemble of exclusive dining experiences at their well-loved restaurants. Look out for exquisite set menus at Min Jiang, a 5-course dinner at Gordon Grill, Mega Afternoon Tea Buffets, and Mega Brunches at L’Espresso and Gordon Grill and Coffee Lounge.
Showcasing Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine with a contemporary elegance, Min Jiang at Goodwood Park Hotel will be offering 6-course lunch and dinner set menus that feature dishes such as Braised Sea Cucumber and Lingzhi Mushroom, Steamed Sea Perch Fillet, and Double-boiled Bird’s Nest. Gordon Grill’s hearty 5-course dinner also aims to impress Dad with highlights like the tender and juicy M9 Wagyu Beef Bavette, cooked to perfection with a modern touch.
