One of our favorite Argentinean restaurants is getting a facelift, and they’re taking the achingly cool grill and bar in to more casual territory with cheaper menu items. The place will still have their signature bar and grill on the left and right, but will have banquettes and bucket seats, too.
Along with the continued focus on Argentinean beef, there will be a cold bar that features small plates, starters and sides like chilled pea soup, sea bream ceviche with coconut milk, seasoned crab with humita and sides like creamed spinach. The main menu will still consist of grill items like various cuts of beef, poultry, seafood and burgers.
The space will also have a gourmet market that Chef Diego has personally curated. You can get items like Argentinean beef, charcuterie, olive oils, wines, condiments, spices and even their signature Provoleta cheese. There’s even a sweets bar where you can shop for ready-made dulce de leche, alfajores, jams and honeys.
