If you’re into craft beers, this dinner is for you. British craft brewery Thornbridge is pairing up with Kampong Glam restaurant A for Arbite for a deliciously boozy dinner.
The four-course Thornbridge beer dinner has plates of lamb burgers with feta cheese and tomato jam on a homemade brioche bun paired with Wild Raven beer; a salted egg pasta with soft shell crab, salted egg yolk, crab meat and curry leaves paired with their Jaipur IPA; and a sweet Asian trifle with Bracia beer.
