Those of you who have yet to enjoy the view from Ku Dé Ta Restaurant (57/F Sands SkyPark, Marina Bay Sands, 1 Bayfront Ave., 6688-7688) when it’s light out have no more excuses. They’ve recently introduced a breakfast menu ($42) that includes a buffet selection of starters, as well as an endless parade of hot dishes cooked à la minute. You’ll find items such as chicken-fried steak & eggs, waffles with bacon or beef sausages, egg white frittata with goat cheese or potato and even congee, available from 7-11am daily. There’s free-flow of coffee, tea, shakes and smoothies too. We strongly recommend the coconut lychee and Oreo shake.
