Broadcast HQ is now open in Little India, Singapore.
This music, food and drink joint is a team effort by Harry Grover of 40 Hands, the Spa Esprit group and George Grover (yes, they’re brothers) of Australian music company Broadcast Events.
The menu focuses on barbecue meats—including Broadcast St Louis-Style Ribs ($30) and grilled chicken breast with yuzu ($25)—and house-bottled cocktails like the Apocalypso ($15), with honeydew, lime and gin.
There’s also a retail music area, stocking a wide range of alternative albums which can be sampled through wireless headphones, and a soon-to-open bar.
