Starting mid September, Café Mosaic at the Carlton Hotel will host a Crab Fiesta Dinner Buffet, featuring every type of Sri-Lankan crab imaginable—with sauces such as black pepper, honey pumpkin butter cream, salted egg yolk, and Singapore chili. The buffet will run daily from 6.300-10.30pm, until Oct 31, $78 per adult and $39 per child. Meanwhile, until Aug 15, Café Mosaic will also offer delicious durian desserts during weekday high tea and dinner buffets.
