Located conveniently within our civic district, just minutes away from historical landmarks and Singapore’s entertainment belt, Café Mosaic is a cosmopolitan gem filled with the warmth of familiar flavours, elevated in their culinary finesse and quality service.

Bringing exciting news to fans and foodies alike this month, Café Mosaic will be reopening with a refreshed seafood buffet and new set lunch promotions from 06 May onwards.

As the name proudly suggests, the Truly Singaporean Flavours seafood buffet is not only an all-you-can-eat gastronomic journey of the freshest seafood, it also offers diners a chance to indulge in Café Mosaic’s signature local mains. Highlights include their Fried Fish with Mala Sauce, Salted Egg Crayfish, Singapore Chilli Crayfish, Scallop with Soya & Garlic Flakes, and perennial favourites like Singapore Rojak, Laksa, and Mee Siam.

Of course, diners will not want to miss out on other tantalising offerings on the menu such as a seafood platter filled with freshly-shucked oysters, king crab legs, black mussels, and poached prawns, as well as appetisers like Melon & Prawn Salad with Goma Dressing, Spicy Seafood Salad with Glass Noodles, and Spicy Jelly Strips Fish Salad.

Meat lovers will also be delighted to find hearty options like Herbal Chicken, Marmite Pork Ribs, and Grilled Pork Skewers, along with a carving station that features fork-tender Slow-roasted Pepper Crusted OP Beef and flavourful Oven-roasted Herbs Leg of Lamb. This Truly Singaporean Flavours seafood buffet is, however, only available on every Friday to Sunday.

To enjoy a quality lunch at affordable prices on every other day, opt for their new set lunch promotions and choose from a stellar à la carte menu that serves a delicious balance of western and local specialties, including Seafood Hor Fun, Hokkien Mee, Smoked Chicken and Mushroom Pizza, Seared Salmon and Avocado Salad, and many more.
