Caveau Wines & Bar now open at Shaw Centre

The Les Amis Group has been especially busy of late, what with the recent introduction of PDR, which we told you about in our Luxe Lunches cover story earlier this month, and now, Caveau Wines & Bar.
Caveau Wines & Bar threw open its doors just last week and has taken over the space once occupied by La Strada at Shaw Centre. This newbie is a coffee bar by day (8am-5pm), using beans from local roasters like Papa Palheta, and wine lounge by night (from 5pm). For those who feel munchy, nibbles are available from the kitchens of Annam Vietnamese Cuisine and Bistro du Vin including petit sizzling pancake with Spanner crab meat ($22) and garlic herb butter escargot ($16).
For vino lovers, two Enomatic machines feature 16 different wines (eight reds and eight whites), and there’s also a retail store with a collection of over 400 wines which you can choose to enjoy there or take home.
