Culinary heavyweight Guy Savoy will be in Singapore from March 13-18 at his namesake establishment Guy Savoy, so save the date folks.
They’ve also just introduced lunch service on Friday and Saturday from noon-2pm. Aside from the a la carte menu, three-course Déjeuner Club ($100) and four-course TGV ($150) lunch sets are on offer, with highlights such as chef Savoy’s signature artichoke and black truffle soup for the latter.
If you’re hoping to catch more than a glimpse of the man himself, we hear that Savoy will also be in attendance for two upcoming wine dinners, Johanneshof Reinisch on March 16 (part of the Austrian Wine Festival 2012) and Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe on March 18.
