British celeb chef Jamie Oliver is set to open his first restaurant in Singapore, Jamie’s Italian at VivoCity this summer.
The menu will include antipasti planks, platters of Italian-style cured meats, cheeses, chili jam, pickled green chilies, Gaeta olives and caper berries, as well as handmade pastas such as prawn linguine and tagliatelle bolognese.
Other items like crab risotto, grilled chicken with pizziola tomato sauce, and Jamie’s Italian wagyu burger with smoked mozzarella, pancetta and balsamic onions will also be available.
In the lead up to the restaurant opening, Jamie’s Italian also held a graffiti art contest in April where participants competed for the chance to design a mural for the eatery.
