Senso Ristorante & Bar (21 Club St., 6224-3534) has crafted a special menu with dishes centered on the prized white asparagus. Aside from cream of white asparagus and morel mushroom soup with truffle Easter bread ($22) and homemade ravioli stuffed with pecorino and white asparagus ($28), there’s also Australian grain-fed beef tenderloin on a bed of white asparagus ($42). Available a la carte or as a six-course set ($136, add $72 for wine pairing) from now through early May.
