Fans of contemporary Chinese fare will be pleased to know that Chinois has just launched an all-new a la carte menu conceived by chef Susur Lee.
Fresh offerings to try include steamed foie gras with duck and crispy beancurd ($18), chilled charred Hokkaido scallops with peanut, yuzu and pomelo dressing ($18) and braised Boston lobster with homemade noodles ($38).
