Chefs With Altitude 2012 is back November 3-11

Week-long gourmet food and drink event Chefs With Altitude returns for its 10th installment on November 3-11.
Making an appearance are French chef David Toutain of Agapé Substance, who will craft dishes such as smoked eel and black sesame paired with foie gras (from $68 for a three-course lunch, $268 for a seven-course dinner) at fine dining restaurant JAAN, as well as award-winning UK mixologists, husband and wife duo Ash and Dan Bovey, at City Space (from $25/cocktail). 
Other highlights are Trinity‘s chef Adam Byatt’s seven-course set dinner ($178) at Equinox Restaurant. Look forward to creations including Trinity smoked salmon with capers and dill, and char-grilled halibut “Trinity Nicoise” smoked anchovy with soft duck egg.
