Clarke Quay is getting two new burger restaurants

Clarke Quay has gone through some major tenant changes recently, and things are looking good for the formerly nightlife-focused district…starting with these two juicy burger places to look forward to (and one of them already has a pretty loyal following).

First off, there’s new-to-Singapore restaurant Butchers Club Burger (Blk. A #01-01), a gourmet burger chain originally from Hong Kong. It specializes in 30-day dry-aged Black Angus beef burgers that are grilled to order. The menu is pretty simple, with a few types of burgers available, like the mouthwatering Hogtown (stuffed with dry aged patty, pulled pork, bacon, honey mustard and Gouda). There’s even a vegetarian chickpea and halloumi-based burger, as well as an Asian-inspired Wu Tang burger with a patty fried in sriracha and topped with tempura sweet potato and kimchi.

The second potential Clarke Quay entrant may excite those who are already fans of the Duxton Hill flagship. MeatLiquor SIN has recently been on the lookout for new spaces. Jacques Dejardin, The Blind Group’s Managing Director, told us, “We have been looking at a number of locations, including Clarke Quay, and think we have found the perfect space.” It’s technically not official yet, but we did stumble upon this on MeatLiquor owner Scott Collins’ public Instagram account.

Looks like @meatliquorsin No.2
